MedCOF-21 comprises 3 steps. The first one is devoted to verification of the MedCOF-20 summer forecast; the second one to the assessment of current state of climate and, finally, the third one to the building of consensus statements.

In every step, all communications go through the forum tool:   http://medcoforum.aemet.es.

STEP-1: Verification of summer 2023 seasonal forecast

• Wed 8^th November: National contributions (from countries not belonging a sub-regional COF)
• Fri 10^th November: First draft posted on the forum
• Fri 10^th November-Wed 15^th November: Discussion
• Fri 17^th November: Second draft ready for adoption

• Wed 22^nd November: Final document ready for adoption
