MedCOF-25 comprises 3 steps. The first one is devoted to verification of the MedCOF-24 summer forecast; the second one to the assessment of current state of climate and, finally, the third one to the building of consensus statements.

STEP-1: Verification of summer 2025 seasonal forecast

• Mon 6^th November: National contributions (from countries not belonging a sub-regional COF)
• Tue 11^th November: First draft posted on the forum
• Tue 11^th - Mon 17^th November: Discussion
• Mon 17^th November: Second draft ready for adoption

STEP-2: Assessment of the current state of climate

• Thu 20^th - Mon 24^th November: Discussion
• Mon 24^th November: Final document ready for adoption
